(Even if you don't have the AF, it's the same fungus) I have the same damn thing, and the only way to get rid of it is to go on pills, which I won't do. So I use a cream (Loprox) instead, which kind of helps. But not so well.
Keep your feet extra clean, change your socks at least twice daily, and keep clippers nearby. Or go on pills (call your doc or dermatologist).
That'll be $150, please. No HMOs.
