As a journalist and a writer, I have strong feelings about censorship. I believe everyone has a right to their opinion -- even when it's incongruent with mine. I allow replies and comments to my blogs because I believe in the free exchange of ideas and opinions. However, any comments that I deem inflammatory, unintelligble, and just plain stupid will be removed.

If you want to pose an argument, or counter anything I have said, or someone else has said, make it a good, sound argument. If you resort to child-like name calling, libel and slander, threaten me or anyone else, or even so much as sound like a complete idiot (unless, of course, that was the intention) then your comment will be removed without warning or a reason given.

If you have something intelligent to say, then email me or comment away - if I feel it's a valid point, I'll say so, and put it on the top page. If you feel strongly about using such language, put it on your own blog.
