You won't believe this. I don't believe this. After 2 weeks on serious antibiotics, they have failed to cure me, and I am again being switched to stronger stuff and steroids. The good doctor thinks I once again may have pneumonia. So, I may be forced onto an IV if I am not fever-free and breathing normally by Monday.

Tuesday I am supposed to be leaving for vacation and the wedding.

Too bad -- it looks like I'll be spreading pneumonia-causing pathogens and other fun stuff to the southern Jersey shore.

I disgust myself. Who the hell gets this in JULY??? Jesus, if it isn't my thyroid it's my lungs. Just shoot me.
