2. Thanks to all who sent comments and email about school! I won't reveal the med school name until I make a decision on where I will go -- my first choices are two schools in California - one of which I will be interviewing at in a few weeks. I will hint that this other school is in New England, and, well, it isn't Harvard. (I tried ... they told me I was way too smart/good looking/witty/charismatic/charming for them. So, I agreed to give up a seat there so a lesser candidate could also experience the joy of medicine.) Besides, Cambridge is too warm for me in the winter. I really do prefer 44-foot deep snow drifts. Honestly. I do.
